Letters To Anxiety documentary

A documentary about one man’s battle with anxiety, reflecting the experience of so many others. Letters to Anxiety is an intimate portrait of William Balme’s mental health journey from youth to adulthood, revolving around the fragility and vulnerability within a series of letters written at the most difficult period of William’s life. The resulting effect of these letters is a ripple effect across his friends, family and community, as he reflects upon the battles, the recovery and the learnings that come with an anxiety disorder.
